I truly understand your needs. I have been there myself. You want to find the best candidate for that hard to fill position and you needed it filled yesterday. You are working on several job orders and everything is top priority.

So how can I help you?

Once we have had a chance to discuss your needs and put together
a signed contract for services, here’s where I can help you!


SERVICES
1. Sourcing fresh leads– finding candidates, prescreening them and presenting the untouched resume (non previously submitted candidates that are accepted to move forward in the process). If my candidate is hired, I would receive 10% of the total fees (on average) received from the Recruiter.

2.
Sourcing candidate resumes already in your possession – I would prescreen your resume on hand for you and weed out who to move forward on and who not to.

3.
Candidate correspondence – letting candidates know that resume was received, what stages things are at, candidates not chosen, etc.

4. Full resume rewrites

5. Reference checking

6. Education verification – with written stipulation of what was verified, who spoke to, etc.

7. Other services as deemed necessary that we would discuss in consultation
